GTI offers a comprehensive range of environmental engineering services to our clients. GTI’s registered and certified professionals have extensive knowledge regarding all aspects of Phase I Site Assessments (ESA’s) as well as experience in Phase II Site Characterization studies, and Phase III Site Remediation activities.

Aerial Video with GTI Services
The GTI, FAA-licensed drones can obtain clear aerial videos and photographs of our projects. This provides a much clearer view of the property and helps identify any areas of concern for environmental, geotechnical, and/or materials testing projects.
The GTI drone videos provide outstanding information regarding Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. We are now able to clearly view our properties and adjacent sites, which normally would be very difficult to investigate. For geotechnical purposes, the GTI drone videos provide excellent information regarding fissures on a property, areas of fill, or any other potential type of hazard.
How GTI drone videos help our clients.
In many cases, our clients have not had the opportunity to view their properties using current aerial photography or videos. These aerial photos and videos can help our clients determine the general site and vicinity to visualize their developments better.
In addition, the GTI drones provide a better site and vicinity evaluation, which can help our clients save money. GTI also uses drone video to document the progress of various large-scale ADOT projects and help many of our clients develop their websites using aerial videos and photographs.
