Jennifer Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Geotechnical Testing & Inspection (GTI), a leading Arizona-based firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and environmental services. With over two decades of experience in the field, Jennifer has played a central role in shaping GTI’s reputation as one of the most trusted firms in the region. Under her leadership, the company has achieved more than 35% growth over the past five years, expanding its service capabilities and earning long-term partnerships with developers, municipalities, and private sector clients across the Southwest.
Holding a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, Jennifer combines technical expertise with visionary leadership. She has directed and completed hundreds of geotechnical investigations and environmental studies, including large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects throughout Arizona. Her extensive experience spans high-rise structures, post-tensioned foundation systems, telecommunications towers, and complex environmental site assessments.
Jennifer is widely recognized for her hands-on approach to problem-solving and her deep understanding of the intersection between engineering, environmental stewardship, and development. As a WBENC- and DBE-certified business leader, she has advanced GTI’s commitment to inclusion and regulatory excellence. She also oversees all AMRL and CCRL accreditation standards, ensuring GTI’s technical precision and compliance meet the highest industry benchmarks.
